Project management means delivering measurable performance within cost and schedule constraints. Risk management and effective collaboration are keys to implementing complex projects. ISI follows project management industry principles such as those established by the Project Management Institute. We have experience coordinating between multiple organizations and stakeholder groups, and integrating technical, financial and political concerns.
On our GPSTAC contract, ISI project management personnel develop and track schedules and budgets for the WAAS andLAAS programs; identify, assess, and track technical and programmatic risk items; establish and maintain Earned Value Management; and consult with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and remove roadblocks that could hinder project success. |
