Software Engineer
5-10 years experience in software requirements, development (design, code and unit test) analysis and operational testing for highly-complex, real-time, safety critical software systems for aviation and navigation systems using GPS satellites. Expertise in developing and using models and simulations to verify and validate developed software is essential. Knowledge using C, C++, object-oriented development in UNIX-based work station or PC environment and RTCA DO-178B standards is essential. Requires Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or related discipline.
Senior Systems Engineer
Minimum 10 years experience in systems engineering/integration disciplines for aviation and navigation systems using GPS satellites. Knowledge of requirements analysis and traceability, engineering analysis related to system reliability, availability and maintainability for safety-critical systems, system performance monitoring using models or simulators, operational testing and analysis, human factors and configuration management. Requires Masters degree in Engineering, Math, Physics or related discipline.
