ISI AWARDED CONTRACT TO DEVELOP CNS/ATM TRANSITION PLAN FOR INDIA
MCLEAN, VA, Sept 18, 2008 – Innovative Solutions International,
Inc. ISI is pleased to announce it has been selected to perform a
Feasibility Study under a US Trade and Development Agency (TDA) grant.
The award is for a two year study and the contract is with the Airports
Authority of India (AAI). The Feasibility Study continues plans for
transitioning India’s current air traffic control system to a new and
modernized Communications, Navigation, Surveillance, and Air Traffic
Management (CNS/ATM) system. ISI will evaluate India’s current air
traffic control and communications systems and develop technology upgrade
paths to improve their aviation infrastructure to the same levels as those in US and Europe.
ISI’s study plans for interoperability with other CNS/ATM systems throughout
the world and compliance with all International Civil Aviation Organization
(ICAO) requirements. The contract begins on September 18, 2008.

ISI has successfully completed studies under TDA grants on other aviation
modernization projects in SADC, Columbia, Morocco, and Venezuela.
